There are 5 easy steps to activate your Total Call Mobile phone.
Activation is completed once you have received your Total Call Mobile phone.  Also, remember to confirm the Total Call Mobile Plan you have chosen.
 
1. Locate your phone’s Electronic Serial Number (ESN). The ESN is located behind your phone’s battery or on the box it came in.
2. Call our Total Call Mobile Customer Service Center 800.550.5265.
3. Give our Customer Service Center Representative your information.
4. Tell the Customer Service Center Representative which Total Call Mobile Rate Plan you want.
5. Our Customer Service Center Representative will help you program your phone with your new Total Call Mobile number and answer any other questions.
 
The activation process only takes a few minutes and then you can begin using your new Total Call Mobile phone!

FOR CUSTOMERS THAT WANT TO KEEP THEIR EXISTING MOBILE NUMBER AND SWITCH TO TOTAL CALL MOBILE:  If you want to keep your existing mobile phone number, make sure to tell the Customer Service Center Representative.
